Description:
Fall Hunter's Special! 1957 Mfg. Browning Belgium Lightning Superposed LTRK 26 1/2" IC/Mod. Vent Rib model. This is a gun that has seen honest use, but not abuse; it has the usual blue wear on the bottom of receiver from carrying, but mechanically very solid. This a Lightning model, but is not chambered for 3" cartridges, which might have been ordered that way to reduce weight. No hinge looseness, toplever well to right, excellent bores, and a weight of 6lbs. 13 ozs., which is due mainly to the blonde straight grain French walnut used in the stock. S/N 61699, with original Browning horn buttplate and dimensions of 1 5/8" comb, 2 1/2" heel, 14 3/8" LOP and cast off of 1/4" for the right hand. A very solid shooter at an attractive price! Note; what appears to be a crack at left rear of buttstock is a scratch. Wood is very solid. $1295.00 OBO
