Inspections for returns must be done at FFL before leaving the premises. Returns require the gun in the exact same condition as it left the Seller. Revolvers should not be dry fired multiple times during inspection to avoid deeper turn lines on collectible guns.

Description:
One of my pride and joys from my private personal collection. Now that I am retired with no kids to leave my collection to if I pass, I am sadly and slowly eliminating my collection. I can't imagine anyone could improve on the quality of this fine piece IMO! I have a hard time saying anything is rated at 100% so we will call this one rated at 99.8%.
This is a 1989 Colt Python with a stainless finish and the 4 inch barrel. It came with rubber grips originally but I installed a beautiful new set of checkered Walnut Python grips with gold Colt medallions. It comes in the burgundy Colt box with the computer bar coded label showing the serial number matching the gun. This style box was known as "the anniversary box" and Colt used them from 1986-1989. This has the bagged Colt manual & docs as they came new and even the hang tag along with the plastic bag the gun was in when shipped! There is the lightest turn ring that is almost non-existant and hard to see as shown in the close up detailed photos. This would make anyone proud to add to their collection or just an awesome example to start a Colt collection. I am including the rubber combat style grips and hardware shown in the photo.
When the gun is received at your FFL, all inspections and addressing concerns must be done in front of the FFL that received the shipment BEFORE THE GUN IS TRANSFERRED. Call me to discuss any concerns found during the inspection. If it leaves the presence of the FFL there can be no returns.. The gun should not be dry fired multiple times possibly causing the value of this collectible gun in this rare condition to decline. Returns require buyer to pay all shipping costs and FFL fees for both parties and shipping both ways and may be subject to a small restocking fee. Returns only allowed with everything in the exact same condition with all contents as shipped. "No warranty expressed or implied". It is recommended to have all collector pieces that haven't been fired much to be inspected by a Gunsmith before firing. Guns will be shipped to FFL dealers only. A copy of their FFL license is preferred or at least their full contact information and shipping address must be provided in advance for shipping estimates. No sales or shipments to California or other states with gun restrictions.
