Price reduced from $165 to $125. This is a rare Lyman 58RS Receiver Sight for a Remington Model 513T Target rifle. This sight was made by Lyman from 1943 to 1961. From my research, it looks like this sight was made in very limited numbers as they are rather hard to find.
The condition of the sight is very good. It has most of its original finish. Everything works as it should. The adjustment knobs turn and click as they should. The elevation slide release button releases the slide to allow quick removal of the slide when changing from iron sight to scope sight. There is a small amount of rust pitting on the elevation plate. Sorry, I do not have the mounting screws. The photos show the condition well.
