USFA Richards Mason Conversion, 38 special, one of the rarest offerings from USFA, less than 40 produced. This one perhaps the only one on the planet with
Mastodon grips. Spectaculer colors, as you would expect from USFA. This piece is a faithful recreation of an 1851 Navy having undergone the Richard-Masons cartridge conversion process. The factory grips have been replaced with a set of mastodon ivory, and the cylinder is decorated with historically accurate roll-pressed nautical scenes as executed on original examples by Waterman Lily Ormsby. .38 Special.
