"SN: 14674 built in London. 12 gauge side by side with 28" barrels, 2 ½" chambers and fixed chokes measuring .006/.006. Box lock with ejectors, double triggers and an automatic safety. Splinter forearm and English straight stock with a 14 ½" LOP to the checkered butt with a drop of 1 ½ to 2" featuring a blank silver oval. Barrels have been re-blacked as common with British doubles, action is nicely engraved with traditional rose and scroll hand engraving. Barrels are tight and on face. Normal wear and handling marks from field use but overall a very nice gun from one of London’s finest gunmakers.
