Description:
This is a leather flap holster for the Webley MK III and similar revolvers. The private purchase holster is marked only with what appears to be a Soldiers name "C.A. Obrien / 26 BN / CANADA" on the inside flap possibly from the 26th Infintry Battalion. The overall condition is very good with the leather supple with light use marks, a small perforation on the lower barrel section and some verdigris on the brass studs. An interesting holster worthy of further research.
