Built in Japan using state of the art machinery. Each Citori is precisely engineered and of the utmost quality and features chromed bores and chambers. The receiver and trigger guard are tastefully engraved and have a Silver Nitride factory finish. Japanese guns are known for having higher grade wood than their European counterparts and this example certainly pursues this trend, its furniture shows good grain, with plenty of fiddleback, excellent checkering and a forend with Schnabel tip all protected with a factory hand rubbed oil finish, there are a few handling marks. This 2005 Citori comes fitted with Invector IC/LF screw-in chokes fitted, extra Invector chokes are readily available on the market allowing you to choose the best constrictions for your sporting needs. The 26” barrels have a near perfect 99%+ bluing, chambered for 2 3/4” 28-gauge shells, has mirror bores, and a lever that sits right of center. Citori 525s are great guns and this one is no exception. Mechanically, the gun is like new and has seen few rounds put through it.
