Manufactured and imported from 1968 until 1996, the Steyr Mannlicher Model L quickly proved to be an excellent all-around rifle. Not only was the rifle very handsome and well-engineered, it proved to be extremely reliable and supremely accurate. The Model L featured a factory high-polish gloss blue finish on all of the metal, a factory drilled and tapped receiver, a unique and beautiful spiraled hammer-forged 23.5" inch barrel with iron sights, a factory adjustable double-set trigger, a 5-round polymer rotary magazine, and a checkered deluxe European Walnut Monte Carlo pistol-grip stock.
