Desirable 32 Winchester Special caliber Winchester Model 1894 made in 1905 with the following features: 20" round barrel with special order 1/2 magazine, plain trigger, blued and case hardened finish, walnut stocks with special order shotgun butt and hard rubber butt plate; sights are the standard pinned blade front and special order 3 leaf express rear with all leaves intact.
CONDITION: Barrel retains 85% bright original blue; button magazine tube 90% brighter blue drifting to plum with the end cap silvered out; hammer and lever retain 10% bright case colors in the protected areas, otherwise have drifted to a smoky nickel-silver; receiver has 35% original aged blue and some nice fire blue on the loading gate; butt plate has the top toe repaired; original saddle ring intact. Action is smooth with a properly working half cock safety and very strong hammer spring. Bore is an 8.5 of 10, mostly bright with mild wear but no pitting, should clean better, and should spin a bullet just fine. Stocks show typical nicks and scratches, no splits are cracks, still tight and proud. A very sharp 1894 SRC in a desirable caliber to add to your collection and have fun shooting.
