Description:
Winchester Model 70 Pre-64 Bolt Action Rifle chambered in .270 Winchester. This rifle features a flat finish, deep blue steel barrel and action. It has a hooded ramp bead front sight and elevator adjustable sporting rear sight. The action features a claw extractor and 3-position safety. It has a straight comb walnut stock, with hand checkering, sling swivels, and checkered steel buttplate. The condition has 80% lightly worn original blue, showing carry and edge wear. The stock has a lightly worn finish, showing scratches and marks. The left side of stock is notched for receiver sight clearance. The bore is very good. This rifle was manufactured in 1949. No box .270 Winchester
