"Serial Number 6402044. Made in October 1944 with an 18-inch Inland barrel that has a bright bore with strong visible rifling. Although it was made during World War II, this carbine was put through a post war arsenal level service life extension program rebuild, & that is why it is now equipped with a stamped adjustable rear sight assembly & a Type 3 bayonet lug barrel band. Equipped with a World War II production low wood oval cut stock made by Hillerich & Bradsby that has a crisp crossed cannons ordnance escutcheon on the right side. Overall condition is excellent with original factory finish across the metallic parts & wood that shows light handling wear. Comes with one USGI 15-round magazine.
