Description:
Serial #V7750, 10.4mm Italian Rev., 4 1/2" octagon barrel with a very good, bright bore that has thin freckling within the grooves. This revolver has an overall dark gray patina throughout with scattered areas of darker plum-brown freckling on the frame, cylinder, and barrel. The revolver is maker marked on the left side of the frame: "A. ERRASTI & EIBAR / SCOLARI & ROMA & (text removed)" and also exhibits small scratches and impact marks scattered about, mainly along the top of the barrel. The ejector rod was shortened at the nose at some point, but is still functional. The checkered wooden grips are in fair-good shape, and have deep bruises near the top on both panels. The action still locks up tightly, and is fully functional in both single and double-action. This is a good example of a rarely seen revolver overall. C&R;
