NIKKO GOLDEN EAGLE MODEL 7000 IN DESIRABLE .300 WEATHERBY MAG. CALIBER. Probably made in the 1980s, this one comes with a Redfield 3-9X scope with fine optics. It has a 26” barrel and overall is in excellent condition showing most of the blue remaining and only a few light handling marks in the wood. Original Golden Eagle marked recoil pad, nicely grained walnut with “Weatherby style” Monte Carlo cheek piece and rosewood forend cap and skip-line checkering. Nikko markings along with “GOLDEN EAGLE FIREARMS, HOUSTON, TEXAS.” These don’t show up too often and this is in one of the most desirable and difficult to find calibers.
