"Serial Number 1070186. Made in 1942 with a round 18-inch Winchester barrel with a bright bore that has strong visible rifling. This gun is in World War II ""as built"" configuration with a ""W"" marked operating slide, trigger group, magazine catch & Type 2 ""dogleg"" hammer. It also has a push button safety, flat bolt & square ""S"" marked flip rear sight made by Lyman. The only component that is not correct for it is the high wood/oval cut Inland stock with matching 2-rivet handguard. Overall condition is excellent with a dull brown patina across the metallic parts & only light handling wear on the furniture. Comes with one USGI 15-round magazine.
