"Serial number 8541. Made in 1893. 32-20 caliber with a 24" barrel. This is a very sharp gun with a dark brown to gray patina on the barrel. All markings are nice and sharp. The frame has traces of original blue in the protected areas. The wood is very good overall. There is a chip at the wrist on the right hand side at the upper tang where it meets the frame.
