"Serial No. 45543, manufactured late 1942, 7.7x58mm, 26"" round barrel. Bore is good, showing light frosting in the grooves with strong rifling remaining. Bolt components are matching to themselves and numbered 514, though not matching to the receiver. Receiver retains a partial mum. Stock is in good condition, exhibiting the expected nicks, dings, and honest service wear typical of mid-war Kokura production. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A solid, representative example of a late-1942 Kokura Series 22 Type 99.
