VERY FINE WINCHESTER MODEL ‘94 CARBINE, #1846XXX, MADE 1952. Retains about all the blue on the barrel and magazine with even the barrel bands showing excellent blue. The receiver also shows bright blue with only minor edge/handling wear with about all the blue on the upper tang, bolt, loading gate etc. Fine blue on the lever. Generally excellent stock and forearm with correct checkered steel shotgun butt plate and tight wood to metal fit. Tight action, strong safety half-cock, bright excellent bore. Original buckhorn rear sight with elevator bar intact and front sight retains the original hood (these often missing). A really nice example that has been used very lightly and well taken care of. A nearly 74 year old solid walnut and blued steel '94 from the Harry Truman days.
