The “King of the .22 Pumps” – a late-production 1959 Winchester Model 61 in outstanding original condition. Built at the tail end of the model’s 1932–1963 run, this example remains in excellent, collector-grade shape with most of its factory blue intact, only the faintest high-edge wear, and superb wood that still shows proud grain under the original varnish. The 24" round barrel wears factory open sights and the correct factory-grooved receiver (perfect for a period Weaver or Lyman scope). The action cycles flawlessly, the bore is brilliant, and the classic Winchester monogrammed hard-rubber butt plate is perfect – no cracks or chips. Late 1950s Model 61s in this condition have become increasingly hard to find as shooters and collectors alike recognize them as the pinnacle of American .22 pump rifles. Don’t miss this excellent 1959 Winchester 61 – one of the finest original examples on the market today. Click “Buy It Now” or call 478-337-1000 to add this classic to your collection!
