The PAK-9 is a pistol-style, pistol-caliber carbine (PCC) platform imported under the Charles Daly brand. It is patterned after the AK-style layout but chambered for handgun cartridges rather than rifle cartridges.
It is essentially an AK-inspired blowback-operated 9mm PCC pistol designed for recreational shooting and customization.
An AK-style frame and controls, but sized for pistol-caliber use.
