Description:
Colt 1878, .45 Long Colt. Built in 1900 with a 6″ barrel and hard rubber grips. This is one of 4600 built for the US Government with the oversized trigger/trigger guard, and dubbed the Alaskan Model, as the larger trigger guard will allow the person to be wearing a glove while using. This has US-1902-JTT inspector markings on the right frame, and RAC inspector markings on the right side. This retains a strong 95% blue and the bore is excellent.
