Ruger 10/22 – 22 LR – 16" Barrel – 2010 Model – Scope & 4 Magazines
It seems like almost all of us have either owned a Ruger 10/22 or have spent a lot of time behind the sights of one. It’s taught generations of young shooters, it’s killed lots of small game and it has probably punched more holes in paper than any other rifle. The rifle that we have on consignment (serial number: 356-10588) is ready to teach more shooter, kill more varmints and punch more holes in paper. The 10/22 is just reliable, inexpensive and plain fun to shoot.
This rifle was produced by Ruger in 2010 as Ruger SKU 1168. It has a 16 inch barrel and an approximate length of pull of 13 inches. It has a wood stock, blued metal, a push button safety and came standard with a 10 round magazine. We have three more higher capacity magazines that go with the rifle.
The wood does show signs of use but has no major defects. The buttpad is near mint. It also has a good bore, barrel and rifling. The base for the rear sight remains on the rifle but the sight itself has been removed to accommodate the mounted scope. The front sight is a high visibility fiber optic. The barrel does have some minor pitting. Please see the photo of that area.
Already mounted on the rifle is a Redhead Outlook 3-9x32 scope. The glass and reticle are clear and sharp. The magnification adjustment works as it should. The exterior of the scope is in good cosmetic condition also.
