Listed is a Remington Rand 1911a1 pistol made in 1944. SERIAL # 1906963 purchased from CMP Field Grade which is the highest grade possible. It was Arsenal rebuilt in very good condition. The slide was made by the Israeli Goverment under US Goverment contract No. # 7790314 and marked TZ. It was inspected by CMP and is consider service grade. These slides are considered very high quality. This a original GI pistol
