In excellent condition with a slight discoloration on the left rear of the slide (see pictures) The Smith & Wesson 622 is a semi-automatic .22 Long Rifle pistol produced from 1987 to 1996, known for its unique design where the barrel is in the lower part of the barrel assembly and the slide and recoil spring are above it. It features a silver-colored anodized aluminum frame and a stainless steel slide, intended for sporting and recreational use. Key features include a fixed 6-inch barrel (also available in 4.5-inch and vent rib versions), a 10-round magazine capacity, and a lightweight, slim profile with a low bore axis for smooth shooting.
