Description:
On consignment we have a Smith & Wesson M&P Victory model double action revolver in .38 Special. This is a rare Navy contract model with "Property of U.S. Navy" marked on the left side of the frame below the thumbpiece. One of the Victory models manufactured between 1942 and 1945, this revolver is built on a square-butt K-frame with smooth wood grips, lanyard loop, a 6-shot fluted cylinder, and 4" pinned barrel with fixed sights. Gun shows missing finish/cosmetic wear, but remains in good condition with tight lockup, clean bore and chambers. Serial number V311995.
