Description:
24 inch round barrel chambered in 38 WCF caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore. Sights include a German silver blade front and typical sporting rear. Barrel and full length magazine tube retain most all thinning blue. Receiver has strong original blue thinning at the carry point. Traces of case colors remain on the hammer and lever. Walnut stocks are overall good condition with several handling mars. Rifle style crescent buttplate. Nice crisp functioning action. Hard to find an Antique serial numbered Winchester with this much condition that was made in 1894. Complete with factory letter confirming the configuration and manufacture date.
