Description:
22 inch tapered round barrel chambered in 30 WCF caliber with a bright shiny bore and strong rifling. Most all bright barrel and 2/3 length magazine blue remain. Sights include a Lyman beaded blade front with a 3 leaf express rear and a Lyman combination peep folding tang sight. Takedown collar and forend cap still retain most blue. Receiver bluing has mostly flaked with traces of blue and the balance brown color. Hammer and lever are mostly blue. Crisp functioning action. Checkered walnut forearm and pistolgrip stock with hard rubber grip cap are in good condition with a smooth steel shotgun buttplate. A handy little Deluxe 1894 rifle. This one was manufactured in 1917.
