Here we have a pair of Smith & Wesson Single/Double action 9mm pistols The first is the The Smith & Wesson 39-2 is a 9mm, double-action semi-automatic pistol with a 4-inch barrel, an 8-round single-stack magazine, walnut grips, and a combination safety/decocker lever on the slide.
The second is the Smith & Wesson Model 59 is a 9mm double-action/single-action semi-automatic pistol known for its 14-round capacity, a high-capacity feature for its time. Introduced in 1971, it was the double-stack, high-capacity version of the earlier Model 39
