Description:
Colt saa 5.5 inch barrel chambered in 45 colt. This beautful revolver was manufactured in 1961. The engraving is very tastefully done, however I don't know if it is factory engraving or not. I do not find any engravers signature anywhere on the gun. I inspected the frame under the grips and found no signature. A letter from Colt would answer the question. In my experience, engraved guns from Colt usually are signed by the engraver. The ivory grips are real and spectacular. This Colt is an outstanding piece of art work that any collector or enthusiast would be proud to own. Please call with any questions. Additional pictures are available upon request.
