Winchester Model 1892 lever action rifle in 32 WCF (32-20).
Excellent condition inside and out.
S/N 233981 made in 1903.
Metal and wood retain the majority of their original finishes with light wear and handling marks.
Fairly strong case colors remain on the lever. Faint case colors remain on the hammer and the crescent rifle buttplate.
24" Octagon barrel with an excellent bore, bright and shiny with distinct rifling and just a trace of scattered frost.
Full length magazine.
Sights consist of standard sporting front and a Lyman combination tang sight with a filler plug in the rear sight dovetail.
Mechanical functions are all crisp and proper.
A very nice '92 rifle.
