Description:
Ithaca NID Star marked field grade 16 gauge. Built in 1937,this gun has 28" barrels choked modified and full. The bores are mint and the barrels are on face and lock up with no play. The action retains 40% of the original case colors and the barrels retain 95% of the original blue. The stock and forend are sound with no cracks or damage. The stock retains the original buttplate with 141/8" LOP. The chambers are 23/4". All screws are still timed and it appears that the gun has never been worked on. A solid original NID that would make a great hunting gun or an addition to a collection. Price includes shipping to your FFL or C&R.
