Offered for sale is a high-grade Beretta 687 EELL 28-gauge over/under, the flagship side plate variant of Beretta’s renowned 680 series. Built on a properly scaled small-frame action, this 28 ga EELL delivers the lively handling and balance that make it one of the most sought after modern upland guns.
This example, serial number F40701X, is in true 99%+ “as new” condition. It features 28" vent rib barrels with factory screw in chokes (set of five), a single selective trigger, and brass front bead. The action is the classic Beretta low-profile 680 series boxlock with full side plates, providing a broad canvas for the upgraded engraving.
Engraving is the desirable game-scene pattern:
• Woodcock on the left side
• Pheasant on the right side
• Quail on the bottom
All surrounded by full Italian scroll, with the engraver’s signature on the trigger guard tang.
The stock is finely figured Turkish walnut with a pistol grip and slim tapered forend. Dimensions are ideal for most shooters:

• Cast: 1/8" cast-off
Overall condition is essentially as new, with only the faintest evidence of handling. The gun is accompanied by a leather-trimmed Beretta case and full choke set, making it a complete high-grade package.
