Little needs to be said about the Browning Citori that is not evident in the gun itself. Built in Japan using state of the art machinery.  Each Citori is precisely engineered and of the utmost quality and features chromed bores and chambers. The receiver and trigger guard are tastefully engraved and have a Silver Nitride factory finish. Japanese guns are known for having higher grade wood than their European counterparts and this example certainly continues this trend, its furniture shows good grain, superb hand cut checkering, and a forend with Schnabel tip, all protected with a factory hand rubbed oil finish, though there are a few handling marks. This 2013 Citori comes with Invector SK/IC/M/F screw-in chokes, and extra Invector chokes are readily available on the market allowing you to choose the best constrictions for your sporting needs. The 28” barrels have 99% bluing, chambered for 2 3/4” 28-gauge shells, with mirror bores, and a lever that sits right of center. Citori 525s are great guns and this one is no exception. The receiver has 98% silver nitride, and the trigger guard shows a slightly higher 99% silver nitride finish. The receiver has clear engravings of pheasants and grouse on the left and right sides respectively. All amounting to a wonderful and desirable Browning Over/ Under! We at Vintage Firearms invite you to have a look at the full specifications and pictures below. Thanks for looking!
