Based on the lock layout and hardware visible in the photos, this piece uses a traditional flintlock ignition (cock with flint jaws and frizzen/pan), with brass furniture and a full?length wooden stock in the classic martial/horse?pistol style. The pistol is unmarked in the areas shown, so any specific maker, arsenal, or country attribution would be speculative. Accordingly, it is being represented honestly as an unmarked antique flintlock pistol of the late?18th to early?19th?century type. Highlights: • Antique flintlock ignition (cock/flint, frizzen & pan visible) • Brass furniture: butt cap, side plate/escutcheon, and trigger guard • Full?length hardwood stock with age?appropriate handling marks • Steel barrel with an even, untouched patina consistent with age • Sold strictly as a collectible/historical display piece Condition notes: This pistol shows honest age throughout—patina on the metal, wear to the wood, and tight, intact hardware as photographed. Lock components appear complete; however, as with all antiques, it is offered as?is. It has not been test?fired and should be considered a display/collector piece unless evaluated in person by a qualified expert. Price: $249.00 Antique: Yes Item Location: Michigan |
