"Serial No. N85750, manufactured 1898, 7.62x54R, 30.5"" round barrel. A classic Finnish-capture Mosin, this rifle exhibits non-matching serial numbers, typical of rifles reworked and reissued by the Finnish Army. Metal surfaces are beginning to thin to a grey patina, while factory Tula markings remain sharp and crisp. The right side of the receiver bears the correct “SA" stamp, indicating Finnish ownership. Stock shows expected handling marks along with scattered arsenal repairs, consistent with extended service. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A solid, representative example of a Finnish-captured Imperial M91, with desirable early Tula manufacture.
