Description: For sale is a reproduction British Tower-marked flintlock pistol, styled after the 18th-century military pistols carried during the late Colonial and early Napoleonic periods. This single-shot smoothbore pistol features: • TOWER-marked lock • Crown/GR and broad arrow–style markings • Brass buttcap, trigger guard, sideplate, and nose cap • Octagon-to-round smoothbore barrel • Full-length wooden stock with correct military form This is not an original 1700s British service pistol, but a later reproduction intended for display, reenactment, or educational use. Overall condition is good for its type, with handling marks appropriate to age and storage. Lock components move, and the pistol presents well as a representative example. Excellent for collectors of early military arms, décor, or reenactor display. Price: $249.00 Item Location: Michigan |
