Offered here is a highly desirable Winchester Model 21 Deluxe Skeet in 20 gauge, a configuration long favored by serious skeet shooters and Model 21 collectors alike. Built during the golden era of Winchester’s Custom Shop, the Model 21 represents one of the strongest and most durable American side by sides ever produced.
This example is fitted with 26 inch barrels, making it exceptionally well balanced and lively in the hands. The barrels are choked Winchester Skeet 1 and Skeet 2, ideal for traditional American skeet shooting and light sporting use. A ventilated, flat matted rib reduces glare and aids rapid target acquisition, complemented by a brass mid-bead and red Bradley style front bead.
The action features a single selective trigger, allowing the shooter to choose barrel order, and is stocked with an English straight grip an especially sought after configuration on 20 gauge Model 21s. Stock dimensions measure approximately 14 1/8 inches length of pull, 2 1/8 inches drop at heel, and approximately 1 3/4 inches drop at comb, with light cast off, providing a classic American skeet fit.
Condition is excellent, conservatively rated at approximately 98% overall. The wood shows strong original finish with attractive figure and sharp checkering. The metal retains excellent original finish with crisp edges and markings. The gun remains tight on face with clean bores and no mechanical issues noted.
