Description:

Standard configuration Smith & Wesson Model 27-2 .357 Magnum revolver, 4" barrel, factory nickel finish, SN: N831156, with red ramp front sight and white outline, fully adjustable rear sight. The left side of the barrel is marked "SMITH & WESSON" while the right side of the barrel bears "S.W. .357 MAGNUM". Circular S&W logo on the sideplate; 4-line address on forward frame. The frame under crane marked "N831156 / MOD 27-2", the crane "66275", with the frame under left grip marked with matching "66275" and "27 N". Fitted with color case hardened target hammer, target trigger, and Goncalo Alves target grips with football cutout and silver S&W medallions. Factory matching blue cardboard box with RIP, cleaning rod, bristle brush, swab, screwdriver, and literature to include instructions, warrantee card, etc.

Condition:

Near NIB with the revolver showing little sign of use. There is no muzzle wear or sharp edge wear. The cylinder ring is an extremely faint line that may not even break through the nickel and there are no cartridge head imprints on the recoil shield. A few pinpoint dings on lower surface of trigger guard, likely from hitting accessories in transit. Comparable condition grips that have no handling marks, not even the flat surface on their bottom. Mirror bright bore. VG+ box with surface scuffing, two discreet tape repairs at corners, end labels oil discolored. Excellent accessories and literature.
