It is in as or near new cond in its correct box. Factory mag is a well madr 8 rd ATC. BONUS ..IT COMES WITH G3 STLE CRIMSON TRACE GRIPS THAT COST ALMOST AS MUCH AS WE ARE SELLING THE GUN FOR. The laser is not working ...we have not checked to see if the batter is in place or needs to be replaced but our experiance Crimson Trace is they stand behind their product. The G3 Style is super positive .
