Offered for your consideration is a late 30s Marlin model 39, HS (high speed) in exceptional condition. This rifle is from my personal collection displaying beautiful untouched furniture, stunning color, beautiful bluing and a marbles tang sight. I have shot this rifle and it is very accurate and functions perfectly. During its life the barrel and receiver were tapped (nicely done, filler screws in place) to accommodate Hi-Lux optic (please see images). This is one of the finest examples I've ever held and will certainly bring joy to the new owner. Please see images for your own evaluation.
