Description:
Springfield US Rolling Block US Army Rifle 50-70 cal Bore Exc, Mech Exc action has the extra click safety. Wood near Exc with Exc cartouche on left side and has original US marked buttplate. Has the original 36” Rd barrel with original sights, 2 bbl bands, sling swivels and ramrod. Metal overall has an aged grey patina finish with some fine pitting on the buttplate. The receiver has the eagle with US Springfield 1872 under. The left side has the Model 1871 and another marking number 32 which is also on the buttplate and the tang has the Remington’s patent dates marking. Very clean rifle
