These are becoming scarce, Ive had this gun for several years and I have not seen one for sale anywhere recently. As far as I know these guns were converted from original C96 pistols by Navy Arms about 40-50 years ago. They are almost identical copies of the real C96 carbines with exception of the barrel length. The original ones had a 14,5" barrel, these have 16" barrels. The last recorded sale of an original C96 carbine was by Rock Island in 2018. It sold for $23k. This gun is in very good condition, with excellent like new bore, tight action. Stock lug works fine. CR is acceptable for this pistol
