Description:
This is a collection of 3 vintage powder horns containing 1 good condition, 6 1/2" horn with a large 1 3/4"x3/4" wooden plug, firmly nailed with 13 nails to the base of the horn. This one is etched "OHXCOVDUK" along the inside curve. The next is 9 1/2" with ornate carved collar with a small broken tip/plug. The wooden base is flat and nailed to the horn with "W.B." etched into the base in very good condition. The last is just over 10" and is the crudest of the three, the base having 3 nails but may be the oldest in the group. This has what appears to be an ARROW on one side and "P/l/BA" on the top curve. This is in good condition without a stopper and has a contemporary;
