Very Tidy Caesar Guerini Invictus V with 4 Teague thin wall chokes. The barrel is an MSPEC (fixed chokes at F and IM) and is now fitted with Teague Thin walls. The job Teague has done with the thin walls is fantastic, initially I thought there were no chokes in the gun. With the lighter barrels (1450 Grams) this gun handles quick and smooth. The thin wall chokes don’t add to the weight of the barrels and preserve the excellent handling capabilities. This is a similar concept to the Krieghoff Parcours and Parcours X, delivering a fast smooth handling gun for sporting and FITASC. The top rib of the 32″ M-SPEC incorporates a radical taper of 10mm to 6mm to be more precise on far targets. The design of the fixed choke barrels reduces weight at the muzzle end, resulting in enhanced handling characteristics. All of the technology in the Invictus V Sporting is complimented by the graceful side plate action with full-coverage engraving. This embellishment employs no fewer than four different engraving techniques, including many hours of hand engraving. The result is a stunning example of contemporary Italian Ornato style engraving with deep relief game scenes. The barrels have been reproofed for superior steel based on the new proofmarks. The gun also comes with a Caesar Guerini adjustable stock.
The Invictus V is quite simply the perfect synthesis of technology and art. The gun has been well cared for with a few handling marks but it is in really nice shape. Take advantage of this phenomenal clay gun at half off new.
