Here's a Excellent Example of the Gun That Won the West ! Winchester 1873 SRC in 44-40. Serial number 526,289. 20" barrel. Nice honest Work Horse ! Metal is a Blue Grey Patina . Metal show wear and tear from use . All markings are visible but weak . Original stocks are in very good condition. Good wood to metal fit ! Gun has a good shootable bore . Mechanically sound and in very good working condition. The lever is a little loose. Gun locks up well ! Gun is missing the rear barrel sight ! Very Handsome Winchester 1873 SRC !
