Description:
Fabulous Winchester model 67A in .22 Short, Long, Long Rifle Caliber. This model was first introduced in 1934. The barrel markings according to “The Winchester Hand Book by Madis”, indicates it to be a later model. The model 67 and 67A had no serial numbers on them, making it hard to pin down the year this weapon was produced. Last year of production was 1963 according to a Google search. The bore is bright and shiny with beautiful rifling, has no visible pitting. Overall bluing rates at 90%, with some handling wear and dings. The wood is very nice with the expected scratches and dings and no visible cracks. Plastic butt is complete with no cracks. The chrome bolt, trigger and trigger guard are in beautiful condition with no rust. Please review photos as they are part of the description. I have had this rifle in my collection for many years. I have no young children to give this rifle to. The rifle would make a great trainer or first rifle for a child as it uses economical .22 ammunition. I do not shoot my collectable weapons. The rifle is sold as is with no warrantee. All used weapons should be checked by a gunsmith before firing. The weapon will be shipped to your FFL of choice.
