"Serial number 780561. The frame for this pistol was made by COLT in 1942 & the slide was made by Ithaca. Equipped with a 5-inch Type 14 SA barrel with a PX-4 heat lot number & a bright bore with strong visible rifling. Overall condition is very good but a difference in finish is noted between the slide, the frame & the barrel. Comes with plastic grips & USGI 7-round magazine made by Risdon Tool & Machine Co., Naugatuck, Conn.
