Savage 1899 takedown in 22 Highpower, A-engraving, A-checkering, pistol grip with perch belly butt stock. Original finish throughout, beautiful blue with very light frecking on the receiver. Plastic butt plate with no breaks or repairs, all matching numbers, made about 1915. No Swivel studs or repairs of same. Original sights, no wood cracks. Wounderful case colors on the lever, only very light handling marks on the wood, small rub on barrel ahead of the barrel address. 20" barrel, rare predecessor to the "K" model. Brilliant sharp bore, very beautiful rifle.... #1528XX
