Winchester model 70 Win-Lite rifle in 7MM Rem Magnun. Action dates to 1985 and these guns rolled out in 1986. Real nice example of an unusual rifle - these were only available 86-90. This rifle is push feed, blind magazine, with a "factory" McMillan stock, the XTR high gloss bluing, and a jeweled bolt - all in excellent condition - especially for a 40 year old rifle.
I believe this is Winchester's first synthetic stocked rifle option.
Included is a period correct Burris compact 4x12x33mm scope with adjustable objective and Burris rings and bases.
Rifle shows very little signs of use, great bore, with sharp rifling, Bluing is ~> 95%, with some faint wear on bolt handle, and at the muzzle.
These guns are known for being hammers and many consider them one of the most accurate factory Winchesters. This is probably because they were individually bedded to the McMillan stocks.
I would consider separating the scope and rifle but would prefer to sell together. Give me a call if you're interested and we can discuss.
