Description:
Colt Single Action 1873 This Colt left the factory in 1887 and was sent to the US Army. Inspected at the factory by DFC (David F. Clark) with a 7 1/2" barrel. After its service the gun went into civilian hands and was Watt's Bath nickel plated and a pair of original factory ivory grips were fitted complete with the Colt factory mediallians. All the serial numbers match, Original barrel, cylinder, and frame are marked DFC. The gun functions fine, the rifling is great. Its fitted in an old single loop hand tooled holster with "kid glove" lining. A great western rig!
