He consistently praised Remington-pattern sixguns and modern cartridge conversions, frequently highlighting Uberti-built replicas for their strength, handling, and shootability. Manufactured by A. Uberti, this revolver features a 5.5-inch barrel, weighs approximately 2.6 pounds, and is in excellent condition. A classic conversion revolver with direct ties to one of the most respected voices in six-gun literature, offering a rare opportunity to acquire a piece of the Taffin collection and the history behind it.
